Outlook.NK2 file issue with new Exchange Server – User receive bounce back when emailing internally

You have two options here –

Option 1 – Delete the outlook.nk2 file and let it recreate itself. Issue is most users use this file to store email contacts and not the contracts systems in outlook itself.

 

Option 2 – use the following outlook.nk2 tool to edit the users file and strip out the old internal details
